CARBON CREDITS
Carbon Credits
What are Carbon Credits?
Carbon credits are permits that allow the owner to emit a certain amount of carbon dioxide
or other greenhouse gases (GHGs). One credit permits the emission of one ton of carbon dioxide or the equivalent of other greenhouse gases. Carbon credits are also known as
carbon offsets. In other words, they are measurable, verifiable emission reductions from certified climate action projects. These projects reduce, avoid or remove GHG emissions. Projects must adhere to a rigorous set of criteria to pass verification by third-party agencies and a review by a panel of experts at leading carbon certification standards like Verra's
Verified Carbon Standard or the Gold Standard. After an organization or an individual
buys a carbon credit, the credit is permanently retired so it can't be reused. This mitigates
the ongoing environmental crisis and rising global emissions, while also creating new market opportunities.

Benefits Of Carbon Credits:
-
They empower communities
-
Protect global ecosystems
-
Restore forests
-
Reduce reliance on fossil fuels

*Below is our current inventory and accessibility for carbon credits:

Forestry Credits (Vintage years originated 2012 - 2013): Allow companies and individuals to voluntarily offset their emissions by investing in projects that protect or restore forests.
-
Small and large batches available
-
Still have 10 additional years available - (20-year lifespan through 2032)
-
Verified on the national global registry
-
Originated from the Amazon forests in Brazil utilizing greenhouse gas reduction - increased longevity
-
They were grafted in before the law passed by Congress - under the old regime and the new process doesn’t affect them (America's Revegetation and Carbon Sequestration Act of 2021) . Many buyers are unaware of this Act that impacts credit sales. For the price these are a bargain as well as still functional due to the law.

IT Credits (Vintage 2017 - 2022): Created by collecting and recycling plastic waste that would otherwise have ended up in the natural environment; Allow businesses to act on plastic pollution by investing in plastic collection initiatives.
-
2-3 times more valuable than forestry credits
-
The vintage is newer with an expiration of 10 plus years (2027-2032)
-
Could be plastics (more potency), metals, silicone, etc. with a higher carbon output/footprint.

Any other type of credit required/desired is accessible to us. Volume is not an issue. If these aren’t suitable, we could get others. However, prices will vary. All our credits are verifiable on registries. Additional details about our credits are available (Click here). Once an NCNDA is signed by the requester, all information and specifics on credits will be disclosed accordingly.
